The location proved really good, with easy access to transport options. i found many local shops and restaurants nearby, a real treat. the front desk staff demonstrated helpfulness. They provided recommendations. the room design felt beautiful, and i appreciated the cleanliness.
i found the staircase showed some dirt, detracting slightly from the overall experience.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It seemed to cycle on and off randomly, sometimes blowing warm air. The noise from the street was excessive when the window was open. It made sleeping difficult. I found the limited soundproofing to be a significant problem.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the water bus stop. This made traveling with luggage quite easy! My room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation and work. The breakfast was excellent, I especially enjoyed the variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was excellent, right by the water bus stop (very handy for getting around). the staff was friendly. They quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the room.
